Welcome! This is a wiki space for Kindergarten teachers to collaborate with each other and share ideas. You can not create a new page without becoming a member. In order to become a member you will need to click Join This Wiki in the top left corner. If you don't have a WikiSpaces account create one, it's free.
How Members Upload to our Wiki Follows these steps to upload a document to a Wiki. It’s really not as hard as it looks… 1. Click on the page tab at the right to go to the page you would like to add any information. 2. Click “Edit this Page” (top right) 3. Edit Wiki Space by:
Adding Text: Type just like a word document where you want to add information. You can even change what someone else has linked or typed.
Add Documents, File or Picture: Put your cursor where you want to add the document, file or picture. Then click the File Icon (it looks like a picture). Click "Upload File" which will give you a chance to find your file on your computer and open it. Once the progress bar is done, double click on your file name and it will put the file, document or picture where your cursor was. You should be able to add FlipCharts this way as well... but I haven't tried yet.
Link a Website or Blog: To link a word or phrase to a website, highlight the the word or phrase. Choose "Link" at the top. Then choose "External link" and type in the "Website's Address." Click on "Add link" at the bottom right.
Link Youtube Video: If you would like to link a Youtube video. First go to the youtube video and copy the embed code. You will find it under the video by clicking on Share & then Embed. The code is in the white box.
The code is in the white box. Once you have copied the code, come back to the wiki space. Put your cursor where you want to add the Youtube video. Then click Widget --> Video --> Youtube. Paste the embed code and click save.

Don't see the page you want to add to? Create Your Own!!
Click on New Page at the very top left corner. Title the Page and Click Create. You must have at least 3 letters or numbers for it to be saved as a page. Then add information like above and Click Save! Isn't that easy?
